Liberty Community Church began in a living room in October of 1996.  Within just a few months, we rented our first building in Wallingford and celebrated our first service there on Christmas Eve.

After six years, we moved to our present location in North Haven. We’ve grown from a group of 12 to a congregation of approximately 200 people. 

Our goal has always been to be a group of people who love God and love each other. We strive to be a welcoming and friendly community. Our passion is to develop devoted followers of Jesus Christ while maintaining a contemporary atmosphere and a Biblical perspective.

Liberty Community Church desires to impact a lost & broken world by: Declaring the Good News of Jesus Christ, meeting in a reverent, relevant and welcoming way and equipping the believer to be more like Christ.  We believe that a commitment to and the study of God's Word can transform a person; that loving your neighbor as yourself means fellowship, sharing and service to others; and that every believer should be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in them

We meet every Sunday at 10am. 

We would describe our service as modern but reverent with practical Bible-based teaching. 

We have a casual, relaxed atmosphere, so come as you are!

We also celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first Sunday of every month at 9am.

Our children, Pre-K (Ages 4 and 5) and Kindergarten, 1st -3rd Grade, and 4th-6th Grade, are checked in as you enter our building. They stay with us during the praise and worship and then are dismissed to attend groups that are geared towards their age levels.

We also have a well-staffed nursery for little ones, 0-3 yrs.

We have a "Family Room" where you can experience the service in a quiet and private environment

while still feeling like part of the service.

Reserved parking for families with young children are available right in front.
